Katia Bloom

As a third-generation female attorney, Katia is passionate about helping women achieve equality and success both in the legal profession and the corporate world as a whole. She is a fast-paced and strategic commercial lawyer. Katia was the Associate General Counsel at ForgeRock, headed up legal for Avira, Inc., was a founding partner at E Squared Law Group advising many start-up clients and was in-house counsel at Anesiva. She is actively involved in the Association of Corporate Counsel, enjoys writing, spending time in her art room and challenging the notion that it can’t be done. @bloomkatia


Fatima Khan

Fatima is the Vice President, Legal at Airpush. Prior to Airpush, Fatima worked on legal issues in the technology sector for e-commerce, social networking, online arbitration, and mobile advertising companies, including Velti and Mobclix. Fatima has published on privacy law for legal journals and is a frequent speaker on privacy, technology, and startup law. A proud native Texan living in San Francisco, Fatima has a unique background as an attorney and entrepreneur that has been at the forefront of privacy and technology for years. In her spare time, Fatima enjoys traveling, reading, boxing, and learning foreign languages.

Olga V. Mack

Olga V. Mack is the CEO of Parley Pro, a next-generation contract management company that has pioneered online negotiation technology. Olga embraces legal innovation and had dedicated her career to improving and shaping the future of law. She is convinced that the legal profession will emerge even stronger, more resilient, and more inclusive than before by embracing technology. She shares her views in her columns on the Above the Law, Bloomberg Law, Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Docket, Newsweek, and High Performance Counsel. Olga is also an award-winning general counsel, operations professional, startup advisor, public speaker, adjunct professor, and entrepreneur. Olga co-founded SunLaw, an organization dedicated to preparing women in-house attorneys to become general counsels and legal leaders, and WISE to help female law firm partners become rainmakers. She authored Get on Board: Earning Your Ticket to a Corporate Board Seat and Fundamentals of Smart Contract Security.


Debbie Rosenbaum

Debbie is a classically trained intellectual property and technology transactions attorney who has spent the majority of her career working at the intersection of technology, business and law. After spending a few years at Google and graduating with a JD/MBA from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, she worked at DLA Piper and Morrison & Foerster, as well as serving as Legal Counsel and Head of Legal at two start-up companies in San Francisco. Debbie is passionate about how new media and the internet transform traditional industries and how our legal system is adapting to a digital world.

Rebecca Savage

Rebecca has dedicated her career to propelling the growth of small and emerging companies in both general counsel and operations roles.  In serving numerous early- stage companies, she developed expertise in many areas of business law in sectors ranging from pet care, technology and real estate, to sporting goods.  She also spends much of her free time mentoring startups in accelerator programs, including Techstars.  Having recently moved to Portland, Oregon, Rebecca hopes to grow SunLaw’s membership and provide opportunities for the women in Oregon’s in-house legal community to help one another.  In her free time, Rebecca is enjoying Portland’s vast number of great restaurants, Oregon’s beautiful forests and most of all, time with her dog.
